• Operate industrial equipment and understand detailed work plans and specifications to mix and pour raw materials into finished custom surfaces

• Plan and layout work to meet production and schedule requirements

• Assist in lifting, carrying, and moving heavy loads as required

• Monitor the productivity or efficiency of industrial operations

• Determine the causes of operational problems or failures

• Monitor activities affecting environmental quality

• Package finished products

• Maintain a clean work area

• Communicate effectively

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• Associate degree or equivalent in a technical field; concentration in manufacturing, engineering technology or construction preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered

• Computer literate and solid basic math skills

• Sharp attention to detail; ability to learn quickly

• Self-driven and hard worker with excellent attendance

• Ability to uphold the highest standards of honesty and integrity

• Able to work efficiently either alone or with a team with minimal supervision

• Flexibility to work variable hours if necessary

• Ability to stand for long hours at a time

• Ability to stand, bend, squat, lift and carry up to 50lbs regularly and heavier weights with appropriate assistance

• Ability to properly wear personal protective equipment including respirator, hearing and eye protection

• Ability to communicate effectively in English

• Ability to work in the US without sponsorship

• Pass drug and background screening

Preferred:

• Prior work experience in residential or commercial construction finishing trades and/or experience in a manufacturing/production setting

• Familiar with hand/power tools, production equipment, and machinery

• Prior supervisory or management experience

Hours:

• Full time, 6:30AM - 3:00PM Monday - Friday

• Extended hours or weekends may be required as demand warrants
