This can be a full-time or part-time job. For full time, on short or non-delivery days the successful candidate will be asked to perform various manufacturing associate duties as necessary.

Primary Duties:

• Prepare finished products for shipment including building boxes, packaging, staging, and loading

• Create and coordinate delivery schedule in conjunction with production and customer needs at the lowest possible cost

• Load and unload products without damage

• Help manage shipping material inventory and recommend improvements to methods, processes, and materials

• Keep delivery vehicle(s) clean and properly maintained

• Interact with customers in a courteous and helpful way; represent the company and its products professionally

• Local deliveries only, 2-4 days per week depending on demand; route miles and delivery time may vary

• Some deliveries and locations will be regularly scheduled and some will vary from day to day and week to week

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• Must be 21 years old

• Ability to obtain Missouri Class E License within 2 weeks of job offer date and prior to start date

• Ability to pursue CDL if necessary

• Spotless driving record

• Ability to stand, bend, squat, lift and carry large/heavy products assisted or unassisted and protect products from damage

• Self-driven and hard worker with excellent attendance

• Ability to stand or sit for several hours at a time

• Ability to work efficiently either alone or with a team with minimal supervision.

• Flexibility to work extra hours if necessary

• Ability to communicate effectively in English

• Ability to work in the US without sponsorship

• Pass drug and background screening

Experience and skills that are helpful but not required:

• Prior experience as a delivery driver

• Truck/equipment operation

• Experience in a manufacturing/production setting

• Familiar with hand/power tools, production equipment, and machinery

Compensation:

• Starting compensation will be competitive and commensurate with the experience and know-how you bring

• Timing and amount of future compensation increases will be dependent on how well you deliver against the employee expectations listed above as well your growth as a team member and your consistent contribution to the company’s objectives

Hours:

• Part-time, the schedule will be discussed and must fall within production and customer hours

• Full time, 6:30AM - 3:00PM Monday - Friday

• Extended hours or weekends are uncommon but may be required as demand warrants
