Job Duties:

• Execute work plans according to specifications to cast raw materials into finished custom surfaces

• Operate and maintain air powered and electric hand tools such as sanders, buffers, saws and spray equipment

• Move, lift, carry and load

• Measure, build, tear down, clean, repeat

• Maintain a clean work area

• Get a little dirty

• Sweat sometimes

• Communicate clearly

• Uphold the highest standards of honesty and integrity

• Work with good people who take pride in their work

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GE

• Self-driven and hard worker with excellent attendance

• Ability to stand for long hours at a time

• Ability to stand, bend, squat, lift and carry up to 50lbs regularly and heavier weights with proper assistance

• Ability to work efficiently either alone or with a team with minimal supervision.

• Flexibility to work extra hours if necessary

• Ability to properly wear personal protective equipment including respirator, hearing and eye protection

• Ability to communicate effectively in English

• Ability to work in the US without sponsorship

• Pass drug and background screening

Preferred:

• Prior work experience in residential or commercial construction finishing trades and/or experience in a manufacturing/production setting

• Familiar with hand/power tools, production equipment, and machinery

• Prior supervisory or management experience

Hours:

• Full time, 6:30AM - 3:00PM Monday - Friday

• Extended hours or weekends may be required as demand warrants
